1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 1bdtk1 platform and all its associated services ("Services"). These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 1bdtk1.

By accessing, browsing, or using any service on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

1.1 Scope of Services

1.2 Legal Compliance

2 Account Registration

A personal account must be created to use services on 1bdtk1. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account.
• An account may not be transferred or sold to any third party.
• The name, address, and contact information provided at registration must be truthful.
• Login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential.

2.2 Account Security

Keeping your account secure is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

1bdtk1 may request the following documents for identity verification at any time:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Details for verifying a bank account or mobile banking account.
• Documents required as proof of address.

1bdtk1 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access until identity verification is complete.

3 Age Verification

At the time of registration, every member must declare that they are at least 21 years old. 1bdtk1 may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to immediately close the account of any underage member.

We are committed to protecting minors. If any person assists a minor in using our platform, that account will be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1bdtk1 are carried out through a fully secure and encrypted process. The terms for deposits and withdrawals are described in detail below.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be sent only from a method registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is completely prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• If identity verification has not been completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

1bdtk1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and regular members. The validity of these bonuses depends on specific terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 in bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum of ৳10,000 in bonus — total balance ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — once the period ends, the bonus is cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or the same device are not permitted.
• 1bdtk1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 VIP and Cashback

1bdtk1's VIP program has four tiers. Tiers are advanced through regular play, and weekly cashback is available:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Each game or betting category on 1bdtk1 has its own specific rules. The general gaming terms are described below.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• 1bdtk1 reserves the right to review any winnings awarded due to a technical error.
• 1bdtk1's decision in determining event outcomes will be considered final.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any automation tools is completely prohibited.

6.2 Game Fairness

All games on our platform are developed by certified game software providers and fair play is ensured. Game outcomes are determined in a completely impartial manner using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to manipulate or cheat in any game.
• Gaining an advantage in live games through secret communication with other members.

• Copying, distributing, or using any content from the platform without written permission is prohibited.
• Imitating 1bdtk1's trademark or brand identity is completely prohibited.
• The intellectual property of game providers is also protected under their own respective licenses.

10 Limitation of Liability

1bdtk1 bears no liability for the following:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• If losses occur due to delays or failures of third-party payment services.
• Financial losses incurred due to the user's own errors.
• If services are disrupted due to Force Majeure or cyberattacks.

Our maximum liability shall under no circumstances exceed the valid balance in the user's account at the time of the incident.

11 Privacy

12 Changes to Terms
